The Un-YandereDev Update: how I took the game from 4 GB of RAM to 800 MB in RAM
Changed how and when the game loads scenes
The game now loads a preview scene before loading the whole thing. This way we avoid the “took too long to load, so I killed it” kind of errors we were having on Android.
Scenes that are not visible are now unloaded
Images are only loaded shortly before they are needed
Only the required images are used, instead of… every image ever
Improved how the game optimizes image uploads to the GPU
Added a virtual on-screen keyboard for all platforms
The game no longer crash on android
Web Port of the game for the public version
