SPRITES: A new sprite system has been added, allowing for more dynamic and adaptable dialogue. Depending on your progress, different characters and dialogue will appear at different moments.
This feature will have a bigger impact in future updates, but it’s already nice.
HANGOUTS: Two new hangout events for Kasia, including a brand-new hangout animation.
NEW PIN-UPS: Several new pin-up albums:
Three for Kasia
One for Moran
NEW LOCATION: Kasia’s apartment has been added as a new location in the city.
NEW VEIL: The next veil is introduced. While you won’t see much of it just yet, it will come fully into play in the next update.
Changed Content:
PIN-UP VIEWER: The pin-up viewer is now more intuitive. You can switch between images while staying in the menu, making navigation more comfortable and less confusing.
NAME CHANGE: You can now change your name by clicking on the lamp in the attic.
PATREON PIN-UPS: As a thank you to all patrons for their continued support, I’ve added a secret code that unlocks additional pin-up images for every set in the game. The code will be shared in a separate post. You unlock these additional pin-ups by clicking on the lamp in the attic.
SMALL CHANGES:
A few changes to wrong images in the prolog of the game that I didn’t catch before.
Made a very minor tweak so some dialog here and there. Nothing big or worth mentioning.
Changed a few earlier scenes in the game to use the new sprites. Nothing major.
Small changes to one of the tutorial screens.
Added a little foreshadowing in one date.
Changed the way that the “demon search” event in chapter two is triggered. It was a bit inconsistent before and should now work a bit better.
FIXES:
Honestly, I can’t remember much, but a few bugs were fixed here and there.
One known issue: skipping during interrogation events can mess up the speech bubbles. I haven’t found a reliable solution for this yet.
